Processing times
Ready-to-ship items leave our studio in 3–5 business days. Custom and made-to-order pieces take 5–7 business days before shipping.
Shipping
All orders ship via USPS or UPS with tracking. Free standard U.S. shipping on orders $75 and up. International shipping is available at checkout — duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns & exchanges
Because every order is hand-pressed just for you, all sales are final. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at hello@thedarlingfinds.co within 7 days and we'll make it right.
DTF & UV DTF care
For best results on apparel: machine wash cold inside-out, tumble dry low, no bleach, do not iron directly on design. For UV DTF on tumblers: hand-wash only, no microwave or dishwasher.
Wholesale & bulk
We offer sweet pricing on bulk DTF transfers and custom apparel runs for small businesses, churches, teams, and events. Reach out through our Contact page for our wholesale sheet.
Privacy
We only use your information to process and ship your order, and (if you've opted in) to send you the occasional darling email. We never sell your data. Ever.
