1. Products

We offer apparel, DTF and UV DTF transfers, 3D-printed items, accessories, personalized products, digital products, and other custom creations.

We make every effort to accurately display product colors, sizes, descriptions, and images. However, slight variations may occur due to screens, materials, lighting, and the handmade nature of some products.

2. Orders & Pricing

All products are subject to availability. Prices and product offerings may change at any time.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order due to inventory issues, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, or an inability to fulfill a custom request. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

3. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order information, including shipping addresses, sizes, colors, spelling, personalization, and other customization details.

The Darling Finds Co. is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. Custom & Personalized Orders

Please carefully review all personalization before submitting your order.

If a proof is provided, your approval confirms that the design, spelling, and details are correct. Changes may not be possible after production begins.

Customers who provide designs, logos, photographs, or other content for custom orders are responsible for having permission to use those materials.

5. Transfers & Handmade Products

Customers are responsible for following provided application and care instructions for DTF, UV DTF, and similar products. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper application, pressing, handling, or use.

Handmade and 3D-printed products may have minor variations in color, texture, placement, or finish. These normal variations are not considered defects.

6. Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and carrier delays may occur after an order has shipped.

7. Intellectual Property

The Darling Finds Co. branding, original designs, photographs, graphics, website content, and other original materials may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used commercially without permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the associated intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

8. Website & Third-Party Services

You may not use our website or products for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

Our website may use third-party providers for services such as payments, shipping, analytics, and website functionality. Those services may have their own terms and policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, The Darling Finds Co. is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
